Our professional and prompt flower delivery service in Sydney ensures your order arrives in perfect condition. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and based on the delivery address.
Our delivery area covers the following suburbs within each Sydney region.
Same day delivery offered for orders placed before 1pm on weekdays and 12pm on Saturdays.
Specific delivery requests are not guaranteed unless the option has been selected
Delivery Details
All orders require the full name, address, mobile phone number or home phone number of the recipient. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery and it is not safe to leave the flowers, a redelivery fee will apply. If an incorrect address is given there will be a redelivery fee charged.
For hospital deliveries we will need the Ward name for the recipient. Please note that Intensive care units will not accept flower deliveries.
For Funeral deliveries we will need the deceased person's full name, delivery details and time of the service. We also kindly request one day’s notice for funeral flowers, to ensure availability and proper preparation.
Return Policy
Flowers are fragile and perishable products and there are lots of variables that can impact the longevity of their life. Sarina's Florist is happy to resend replacement flowers should your flowers perish within one (1) days of their delivery. However we may request your assistance in sending us photos or images of the original flowers.
Refunds
Please call us on 0403 769 666 or email us [email protected] for your refund request. There are a number of resolutions that may be suitable to you. All the refunds will be credited back to the original payment system.
