For deliveries outside these areas, including all other Sydney suburbs, interstate and overseas please contact us to arrange an Interflora delivery.
All orders require the full name, address, home phone number and mobile phone number of the recipient. If the recipient it not available at the time of delivery and it is not safe to leave the flowers, a redelivery fee will apply. If an incorrect address is given there be a redelivery fee charged.
For hospital deliveries we will need the Ward name for the recipient. Please not that Intensive care units will not accept flower deliveries.
For Funeral deliveries we will need the deceased person full name, delivery details and time of the service.
Flowers are fragile and perishable products and there are lots of variables that can impact the longevity of their life. Sarina's Florist is happy to resend replacement flowers should your flowers perished within one (1) days of their delivery. However we may request your assistance in sending us photos or images of the orininal flowers.
Please call us on 0403769666 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org for your refund request. There are a number of resolutions that may be suitable to you. All the refunds will be credited back to the original payment system.
